APPOINTMENTS
Patients are encouraged to make regular appointments for their care. To make an appointment, call 254-675-8621 and select the option for appointments.
Patients who come to the clinic without an appointment will see the provider of their choice if the provider is available and his/her schedule can accommodate them. If the provider of choice cannot see the patient, another clinic physician or nurse practitioner will be offered to the patient as availability allows. Due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control from time to time, you may experience a delay in seeing the physician. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to keep this delay as short as possible.
INSURANCE/BILLING
The office staff is trained in coding and filing insurance claims on behalf of our patients. It is very important that you verify your current coverage each time you see a physician in the clinic. This will eliminate payment delays for you. Should your carrier deny your claim, payment for services are the patient’s responsibility.
