HOURS OF OPERATION
Clifton Medical Clinic sees patients Monday through Friday starting at 8 a.m., and registers their last patients starting at 4 p.m. Saturday hours start at 8 a.m. and their last patients are registered starting at 11 a.m. We make accommodations for walk-in patients with minor acute complaints such as a sore throat, upper respiratory infection, earache, etc., throughout the day, including the lunch hour. Chronic problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and preventive care should not be seen as a walk-in, but rather scheduled as a routine appointment.
We encourage our patients to make regular appointments for their care. To make an appointment, call (254) 675-8621 and select the appointments option.
Patients who come to the clinic without an appointment will see the provider of their choice if the provider is available and his/her schedule can accommodate them. If the provider of choice cannot see the patient, another clinic physician or nurse practitioner will be offered to the patient as availability allows. Due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control from time to time, you may experience a delay in seeing your physician. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to keep this delay as short as possible.
Our office staff is trained in coding and filing insurance claims on behalf of our patients. It is very important that you verify your current coverage each time you see a physician in the clinic. This will eliminate payment delays for you. Should your carrier deny your claim, payment for services is your responsibility.
