Founded in July of 1966, the Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation serves Bosque County and the surrounding areas of Central Texas. The Foundation is a non-profit corporation, and its purpose is to manage each of its healthcare facilities in the best interest of the general public. Under the foundation umbrella is Goodall-Witcher Hospital, Clifton Medical Clinic, Goodall-Witcher Nursing Facility, Goodall-Witcher Home Health, and Goodall-Witcher Fitness and Wellness Center. The Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation has been a stronghold in Bosque County for many years, and it continues to serve through direct medical care and community outreach programs.

The entire Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation is licensed in Texas and is a Medicare-approved provider. The foundation is a proud member of the: Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals, Texas Hospital Association, American Hospital Association, Association of Rural Health Clinics, and Texas Association of Home Health Agencies.
