Clinic Services - Meridian, Texas

Meridian Medical Clinic is a certified Rural Health Clinic, and a part of Goodall-Witcher Healthcare Foundation, providing primary medical care to residents of Meridian and surrounding communities. Staffed by a Family Nurse Practitioner and support staff, Meridian Medical Clinic provides high quality medical care to include treatment for acute and chronic illnesses as well as to provide preventive care exams for adults and children, patient education, and family planning services.

The clinic receives medical direction from physicians at Clifton Medical Clinic.

Meridian Medical Clinic participates in Medicare, Medicaid, CHIPS, and most private and managed care insurance plans. Se habla espanol.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

Appointments may be made by calling Meridian Medical Clinic at 254-435-2525. Appointments may also be made for Meridian Medical Clinic by calling Clifton Medical Clinic at 254-675-8621. Walk in patients are welcome.

INSURANCE/BILLING

The office staff is trained in coding and filing insurance claims on behalf of our patients. It is very important that you verify your current coverage each time you see a physician in the clinic. This will eliminate payment delays for you. Should your carrier deny your claim, payment for services are the patient’s responsibility.
